At Accent Home Care, we will work with you and your support network at every step of the way to ensure you receive the required care.
We know that organising home care services on your accord can be a difficult and time-consuming process.

That’s why we’re able to work with you and assist you in finding your specific services. We will work with you and your support network to tailor a home care package that suits your requirements.

This also includes how often you would like us to check in on you and see how these services are benefiting you.

In the event that you are not satisfied with any of the services provided, we can assist you in finding a replacement.

Your Care Advisor will be available to you for a discussion and will work with you to find another service that meets your needs and preferences for care.

It’s worth noting that we only work with the best service providers. This means you can be rest assured knowing that our providers come highly recommended.

Finally, our care management & coordination services include assisting you in attending various appointments. This is done with one of our care workers driving you to an appointment and assisting you to get to where you need to go.

You’ll never have to worry about running late to an appointment or forgetting about one as our Care Advisors will ensure that you’re attending them when you need to.
