There are two ways to access care in your home.

Government Funded Home Care Packages and Support at Home
You may be eligible for governemnt support to get help. A Home Care Package, Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programme are government subsidies that allow you to get the help you need to live independently and safely in your own home.
To receive this support, you must personally apply for funding through the government’s My Aged Care program.
Once you have been assessed, and then assigned your funding (which can take a few months), the government then provides your funds to an approved Home Care Provider, such as Accent Home Care, who coordinates a package of services with you, according to the care you need.

Step 2: Ask to be assessed for a Home Care Package.
Step 3: Wait until you have been assigned a Home Care Package.
Step 4: Contact us to get started with your care.
