It might be difficult to get to the shops, especially if you no longer drive, and carrying heavy or awkward grocery bags can be tiring or unsafe.  Busy supermarkets can feel overwhelming, and reading small labels isn't always easy.

You may need to follow special diets for health, religious or cultural reasons, which can take extra effort, and sometimes you might just feel too tired, sore or unwell to cook. 

Even if you’ve always loved making your own meals, it’s perfectly okay to accept some help when things get harder.
