We’re here to make it easier for you to get where you need to go, safely and with someone you can trust.
Getting around can be difficult as we age
As we grow older, getting from A to B isn’t always easy. You might no longer drive, rely on others for lifts, or find public transport overwhelming. It can feel frustrating, isolating, and even a bit scary when you can’t get to the places you need to go.
If your regular transport is usually provided by a family member, but they’re not always available, we can help. Your Accent Home Care Worker can drive you to appointments or outings, or we can also organise taxi vouchers so you still have a reliable way to get around that suits your needs.

Transport funded through your Home Care Package
Transport can be included as part of your government-funded Home Care Package. This means you can use your funding to help cover things like car trips with an Accent Home Care Worker or taxi vouchers, depending on what works best for you. It's a practical way to make sure you can keep attending appointments, running errands, or staying connected with your community.
