Let's get you the right support at home - quickly

Ready to start care now?
I have my Support at Home assignment letter.
If you’ve received your Support at Home assignment letter and referral code, or would like to change providers, click "Get started now" to begin straight away.
I don’t have my Support at Home letter yet
If you are waiting to be assessed or assigned, have Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funding, or are just starting out, click "Find out more" and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Not assessed yet or still waiting?
If you haven’t had an aged care assessment yet, the first step is to organise one through My Aged Care. You can learn how to get assessed and what to expect by visiting: www.myagedcare.gov.au/how-get-assessed
While you’re waiting for your assessment outcome (Notice of Decision) or Assignment Letter, you can start with private services such as cleaning or gardening straight away, then smoothly transition to government-funded care once your referral code comes through. Click "Contact us" to get started with non-government funded services.
Private home care - start now!
Non-government funded home care gives you the flexibility to begin support straight away, without waiting for assessments, assignment of the funding, or a referral code. You can choose the services that suit you - such as cleaning, gardening or help at home - and adjust or transition to funded care later if your circumstances change.
What services can I access if I pay for home care myself?
Here are some of the most common services our private clients choose.
Gardening
Including lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, watering, clearing paths and driveways, removing garden debris, maintaining edges, and removing hazards to keep outdoor areas tidy and safe.
Domestic Assistance
Help with things such as general housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, light dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, doing the laundry, and basic ironing, for example.
Home Maintenance
Help with small jobs like changing light bulbs, fixing leaky taps, replacing smoke alarm batteries, minor repairs, basic plumbing and electrical tasks to keep your home safe and comfortable.
Personal Care
Help with everyday tasks like bathing, grooming, getting dressed, and using the toilet. Support is also available for moving around the home, using mobility aids, preparing meals, taking medication, and other basic needs like eating and drinking.
Need help with something else? Just get in touch - we’re happy to see how we can support you.
