I would like to introduce our latest team member, Lauren Williams our new Community Care Advisor Nurse. Lauren is a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience working in GP clinics and Community Nursing. Her passion is helping people maintain their independence, by identifying health issues before they become a concern.
