 A Home Care Package is a Government Funded program to assist older Australians to remain independent in their own home for longer. These packages allow you to have flexibility with the types of services you wish to receive, including who delivers the service and when. How do I access a package?

Step 1
Arrange a My Aged Care assessment, call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit myagedcare.gov.au. Or call Accent Home Care on (03) 8720 1338 and we can help you navigate the system.
Step 2
Make sure you asked to be referred to Accent Home Care.
Step 3
Contact Accent Home Care to discuss your pending package and your individual needs on (03) 8720 1338.
Step 4
When you receive your package you will be assigned a personal care manager at Accent Home Care who sits down with you and your family, listens to your goals and your needs and creates and individualised and flexible care plan. Our care managers are multilingual and can provide you with the guidance and support you need now and into the future, responding as your needs change.
